USSF Prescreen Eligibility
1. Student applicants must not be a family member of the volunteer philanthropist 2. Student applicants must be classified as a member of the underserved community 3. Student applicants’ field of study must be aligned with the social cause the volunteer philanthropist is passionate aboutAll USSF Applicant Requirements:
- Must be registered at the school
- Attendance must be in good standing
- Must have a passing GPA of 2.5/‘C’ or better
- If College or University, must be accredited by an independent accrediting agency
- If Business, Technical, Trade, or Vocational School (meaning Post-Secondary), must be recognized by a State Agency
- School must have a physical address (No PO Box will be accepted), website, and business phone number
- School business license is required (if Business, Technical, Vocational, or Trade school)
Fund My Honorarium, Inc. (FMH) may accept, deny, or request at its sole and absolute discretion, additional criteria to establish student eligibility and the credibility and legality of the educational institution.
